Good To Know
We accept payment by all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, BACS or cheque and in some circumstances, cash too.
How To Place Your Order
Following your enquiry and any subsequent discussions, you will receive our project proposal document which details what we propose and what is involved, the costs and timescales. We will also provide an outline of what we will need from you to undertake your project.
When you are ready to proceed all you need to do is follow the instructions we provide and once you’ve given us the go-ahead, we get to work creating your printed newsletters.
Payment & Schedules
A deposit payment is required before we commence work on your project and our proposal document details all the relevant information you’ll need.
The remaining balance is due once you have approved your artwork and ahead of final production and dispatch of your order.
We are keen to ensure that your order is with you as soon as possible and cleared payment must be received before production of your order begins. As a result, any delay in receiving payment will impact upon stated production and delivery timescales.
