Here’s all you need to know about our delivery services…
Once your newsletter has been printed, finished, checked and packed we work hard to get it to you as quickly as we can.
All orders are sent via insured courier delivery and we ship to the delivery address you provide and your order dispatch confirmation email will include full online tracking details to allow you to check the status of your delivery.
We offer a number of delivery services and are happy to assist with special client requests. For example, for additional fees, we can arrange for your order to be expedited and / or for you to receive a timed delivery – for example Pre-9am, Pre-12pm, Saturday etc.

We always choose the most suitable courier for your project – and this is dictated by the location, deadline and volume / size of order.
Our approved couriers include DPD, TNT Express, UPS and ParcelForce. Some clients have a preference and if you would like us to use (or avoid) a particular courier, please let us know and we’ll do our best to ensure your request is carried out accordingly.
We regularly send printed newsletters to clients and recipients within the UK, Europe and right across the world. We work with specialist, leading international couriers and as a result offer great value shipping to most global locations.
Please note that international shipping does mean that our lead times are a little longer than normal and will depend on individual shipping location. Full details of the likely delivery timeframe will be provided along with your quote.
Please contact us with your international delivery requirements and we will provide you with a quotation for insured courier delivery to your desired location(s).
Deliveries will take place Monday-Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) and at any time between 8.30am and 6pm and you will be required to provide a signature upon receipt.
In our experience many of our corporate (business) customers report morning / early afternoon deliveries are most common, however please note that unfortunately we have no control over specific courier delivery times. The online tracking facility often provides more information that we have to hand and we suggest that you follow the link(s) within your order dispatch confirmation email for up to date delivery information.
As your order will need to be signed for, we request that somebody is available to take delivery of your printed newsletters.
Delivery issues are extremely rare and the vast majority of all orders are delivered on time if not ahead of schedule.
Please note however, that as we use external third party couriers, whilst we endeavour to meet our stated delivery timeframe, we cannot be held responsible for any issues that our couriers may encounter. If you have a particular deadline in mind, please let us know and we will do all we can to ensure that your order reaches you in time.
Should our couriers experience difficulties making a delivery, they will either leave notification of their attempted delivery or one of our team will contact you. Should you have any problems with your delivery, please contact us and we will do whatever we can to help.
